GCCCF Spreading Awareness In Our Community

Greater Chattanooga Cancer Foundation Vice President Dr. Marshall Horton talked to attendees about the importance of colon cancer screenings at the National Night Out/Cigna Health Improvement Tour at New Monumental Church on Tuesday, October 2nd.

The giant colon was front and center at the Tennessee Water Employee Health and Safety Day on Friday, October 19th. Thanks to our volunteers Jewell Brien and Lisa Pugh (pictured above), as well as volunteer Laura Grody and GCCCF VP Dr. Marshall Horton for helping these employees understand the importance of screening.

Dreary weather didn't keep Lisa Pugh and GCCCF VP Dr. Marshall Horton from talking to folks about the importance of screening at the CHI Memorial Health Fair on Friday, October 26th. The inflatable colon didn't make an appearance due to the rainy weather.
